Harper Concierge currently serves Greater London (all 32 boroughs) and will appear as a shipping method If you’ve entered a qualifying postcode.

– How do I place my order with Harper ? –

Add as many items as you wish to your bag. Once you’re happy with your selection , proceed to checkout and enter your delivery details. Choose 'Concierge' as your delivery option then select your preferred appointment date and time. Continue to the payment page to review and confirm your order. No payment is taken during the checkout process.

– How much does the service cost? –

We offer this service free of charge.

- How do I pay? -

Once you’ve found and tried your perfect pieces at home, your Style Concierge will take payment by card (Amex accepted). Harper will return any thing you don’t wish to keep to ROKSANDA.

– Is there any obligation to buy? –

No. Harper helps you find and keep only the pieces you love , while making it easier to return the pieces you don’t — saving you time and effort. There are no hidden or additional charges, nor an obligation to buy.

– How many items can I try on? –

We encourage you to try as many pieces as you’d like and take two sizes i f you are unsure of fit .
